Yes but it’s a hard plastic sheath for them not a pouch

One versin has a small crimper.

Will these cut the kevlar in fibre optic cable?

The only fibre optic cable I've cut was small gauge in high volume printers so I'm not sure about the kevlar coating but they are really good
