GREAT RETURN ON A SMALL INVESTMENT - brass saddles bring better action for me
Replaced a set of steel barrel saddles with these Wilkinson Brass Compensated saddles, The steel saddles were a little too wide for the neck and even after sanding the edges they still wouldn't sit properly. So ordered these gems, took about 15 minutes to put them on, I have a string thru ashtray style bridge, so I replaced them one at a time (2 strings per saddle) so I could use the old saddles as a visual guide for placement of the new saddles. I used my old saddle screws and springs as they were longer and gave me more adjustment should I need it.After replacement I was able to lower my action slightly and had much better intonation. Strings now have even spacing and playing is more better too. Think these are a keeper.

Perfect
This worked great for dialing in the intonation on my Fender Telecaster. Thumbs Up!

Provided wrench was useless
I had to use my own 1.5 allen wrench. The one provided was loose and slipping and could easily strip out the height adjustment screws. The compensated saddles work well. The Guitar sounds great
