I'm giving five stars but only because the device is perfect. It's ten years old and runs like it was built yesterday.Fedex can't find anything to save their life. Send it to a Walgreens, or something.

I am 100% happy with this computer. Love the sleek design and fast features. Great storage space and the battery life is awesome. I am not a gamer- using it for business work and to run ableton.. and for these tasks it works great. Thrilled with my purchase :)

This came in perfect condition but with the wrong charging cord. I called the company and they sent one right out. Works perfectly and customer service was very nice.Definitely a good value for the money. It’s super fast! Faster than any of my other computers. Even faster than my Mac.Not touch screen fyi. Which I didn’t want anyway.So happy I took the risk and bought refurbished. Saved hundreds of dollars.

Works well, no issues streaming 1080p or running general business applications,. Great battery life (6+ hours on battery saver mode). There were a few very minor scuffs on the case of the laptop; other than that, you wouldn't know it was refurbished.You will need download a few drivers from the HP website to get everything up and running, such as the hotkeys. I also had to validate the licence for Windows using the key on the bottom of the laptop. This might be an issue for people who aren't tech savvy. However, this may also vary depending on the refurbisher you order it from. This listing seems to be supplied by a few different refurbishers, and the price ranges quite a bit as well depending on the supplier.

This laptop was a "refurb." It had been used previously, then returned for some reason. It was cleaned and refurbished, and sold as such. I've usually had good luck with these refurbs. Amazon has a good return policy, so if there was a problem with the laptop I could return it.Unfortunately, this unit gave trouble. The down arrow was slightly unresponsive when I first started using the laptop. Over time this problem grew more noticeable. Finally, the down arrow stopped working completely. Consider how difficult it would be to try to work without the down arrow. The computer was a huge impediment to working because I spent too much time trying to find ways to navigate down a couple of lines.Other refurbs from this company also developed the down arrow problem, though they didn't fail completely. I suppose this might be a flaw in the keyboard for this model.Anyway, aside from the down arrow problem this computer has worked well. I'm glad I bought it. And yet...I'm not sure I'd buy another one, given this down arrow problem. I would not recommend to others.
