Nature's Water Reverse Osmosis RO Tap Fits All Water Filters

In need of new water filter tap (the original one leaking each time it was used) I chose this as it was close in style to what we had and the price seemed very good. Also, many positive reviews here clinched the deal.I ordered it on a Tuesday evening and it arrived standard class on the Thursday morning so no problems there.It is better than the original because the neck is longer and taller making it easier to fill kettles, etc. The only downside is that when you come to fit it there are no diagrams or instructions so you have to work it out yourself. OK, it's not rocket science but you need to work out where each bit goes.The other thing I found was that the thread was much shorter than the original. The work surface is quite thick so there is not much thread underneath the sink for the tightening nut and to connect the pipe leading to the filter. In my case just enough and no more, even using the smaller of the two tightening nuts provided.Overall, though, an excellent purchase and good value considering what you can pay for taps.

I had my reservations about this tap at first because the neck is quite loose and pulls out easily, as there is nothing to hold it in place except two O-rings. The old tap had a neck that was securely held but able to swivel, and I imagined this one would cause quite a mess if it kept popping out.However, in use the tap has performed faultlessly so far, so I'm quite happy with it.It comes with all the bits needed for fitting, including a little plastic olive that gave a perfect seal despite the unit being at mains pressure. The hardest part of the job was getting the old tap undone.

This is the second one of this type I have had, having tried other more expensive models with a circular tap. If anything, they lasted less well than this one. For the money this is a good buy and will last just as long before leaking. Easy to fit and looks good. The item arrived before the anticipated date. Very pleased so far. Would recommend it.

This tap fitted ok but broke within one month. I stupidly purchased another one the same, thinking that lightning wouldn’t strike twice, and it broke in exactly the same place again within a few weeks of being fitted (see photo).

I chose the 5* rating because it was almost a direct replacement for my original tap.I liked the fact that it was so much cheaper than many other taps doing the same job,at first i disliked thedifferent fitting on the connection,but one e-mail & this was soughted with an adaptor & a short piece ofpipe,perfect!!I would recomend this tap & the company to anybody as the help & service was excellent.

Good product but length of threaded (under sink) barrel should be much longer. There is barely enough thread available to attach the hose connection to the filter. It comes with several parts that are therefore superfluous - e.g. a chrome surround that, if fitted, means there is not enough thread to fit the connector beneath the worktop. I used the thin black plastic surround - this gave me enough thread (just) to fit the hose connection to the filter.Once fitted (tightly) the tap works very well.

Well made piece of kit. Easy to fit if you have room to get your hand in to remove the old one and tighten up the new.
