This is a massive help especially when it comes to tube strikes.The bike was delivered quickly. Assembly took about 30 minutes. You are provided with the necessary tools to assemble the bike. While most of the assembly is tool free, some bits do require tool. The tool kit isn’t the best quality to be fair. But handy nonetheless. Check the tire pressure, I had to pump both front and back. Also check the tightness of the other bolts. Just in case.You also get a pump and lock, again, not the best. But nice addition nonetheless. Being an expensive bike, invest in another lock. My battery came almost fully charged, so I was on the bike in no time. From flat to full. It took around 4 hours to charge. The battery is removable and you can buy a spare one. I’ll advise to remove the battery when you store it for extra security.The bike feels very well built. The ride is very comfortable. One of the best seats for comfort. The suspension is firm, generally speaking, for central London road, it’s perfect. It isn’t adjustable like others. Would have been nice if it was. The breaks are very good also. Not the best, certainly. But does the job, no complaints.The assisted ride make this a real joy to ride. Huge help for hills. Tackled every hill I went up without any issue. But to be fair, the hills I encountered were not very steep. The joy of the riding in central London. For anyone new to electric bikes, do take a test ride away from people and cars, just so you get the feel of the an electric bike. It is quite nippy. You control the speed through the display. You have 3 level of assistance. Low, medium and high. Also gives you the basic information like distance and speed.The bike is 7 speed. For central London, that alone is perfectly fine. For tired days, or challenging paths, you have the battery to help. So, you never feel the strain of riding. Personally, I use the bike mostly without the battery assistant.Being a foldable bike, that was the biggest selling point for me. First so I can store it in my small apartment. Folding it was pretty easy, it does take a few tries to get the hang of it. I also wanted to take the bike onto the train, the weight and bulk, it wasn’t practical unfortunately. Better suited to store in the car boot than public transport.The only issue I’ve really had, the front light stopped working. Looks like it’s a connection problem. Credit to the seller, they have been dealing with it professionally. Quick to respond and offering proper support.

Really pleased with this bike. Great quality, easy to put together, a little on the heavy side, other than that would recommend it.

Only had bike 3 months and already flat tyre they replaced the inner tube after several emails and over a week to arrive.I bought the bike because of the non-puncture tyres as advertised! and a simple thorn punctured them.Should have bought a reasonable priced bike and then it would not feel so bad when you get a flat tyre.Other wise the bike is great!! but for me not worth the money when a small thorn can puncture, the tyre!! Like any other bike tyre!

I think the product was delivered about 10 days ago. I wanted to drive it the moment I took it out of the box. First of all I did a damage check as it was sent remotely and everything was fine. It was worth the wait. I've used it for 5-6 days so far, it still has enough charge. The charge life is great for now but I wonder what will happen in the future.Tires are not rough or useless. Pretty solid and durable. I drove in the park, on uneven roads and potholes. Tires and wheels are pretty good for an 88kg man. I am very happy with the color, because it is exactly the same color as my Gray Evoque model car and I can say that I bought it just for that reason.Safety is important, I don't want to get hurt or injured. So one of the first things I checked was material quality. Aluminum alloy may seem simple at first, but it is well machined and safe designed. It is impossible to stretch or warp. Aluminum alloys include copper, zinc, silicon, magnesium, manganese, iron, nickel, titanium, etc. created by adding elements. I had researched before I bought it but still didn't trust it. Now that I've tested it with my hands, I feel good.I could not see any poor quality part on the bike. I checked every piece as I paid a lot of money but it's ok. The rear seat is very comfortable. Sometimes we have fun with my wife or ride a few laps with my son. It can carry us.It's nice that I can adjust the seat adjustment the way I want. I can only raise 5-6CM on my big bike. But this bike can rise 10CM or more. The most comfortable driving experience for me is driving at height.After using it for a while, I want to share my different experiences. Even if everything is pretty good for now, the situation may change in the future. That's why I plan to add every new experience I have here.
