It comes all white you have to paint the Individual pieces as its put together.

Q: How do you put decals on tires? How do you take decal off the sheet? Do you deep it into water and let it soak it or...?

You put them in warm water to release them from the paper

No not at all I have assembled about 20 to me easier because of tamiya has better figment than most companies make top off the line
