I've been taking this liposomal NAD+ supplement for about a month now, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. Definitely works well for me. The combination of NAD+ with TMG is an important combo. It would be better to have access to NMN, but no longer avail. in the US. I have been using this for 6 months now. At first it appeared to help with energy level. Didn't notice if it helped with anything else. It is well packaged. The softgels are easy to swallow. No taste of any kind. I can't compare it to other brands, I've only taken this one. I will likely continue with this one though.

I read several studies about NAD and what it does for the body. I started using it and I feel so much better! I feel stronger and my skin looks more youthful!I will continue to use this and see what else improves! I put it on subscription so I will not run out!
