Omg these are amazing! I make mine with almond milk as it’s much lower in calories. These are a great alternative and don’t spike my glucose. Easy to keep fresh with a good seal, easy instructions to follow and a great protein hit! Value for money. I add more milk and make more pancakes and taste great with protein yoghurt fruit and chia/flaxseeds! Highly recommended and soothes that sweet tooth!
