It’s brilliant.
Keeps the water extremely hot for a very very long time. Bought for my kids outdoor birthday party as a tea/coffee making option for parents. Worked really well. Cannot fault. Will use at Christmas again when I have lots of family over to save me boiling kettle every 5 mins :)

Good but not very robust
This is a great way of serving hot drinks and keeps them hot for hours. However they're not very robust and don't stand up to rough handling. Make sure you remove the lid for easier cleaning. I've used (and replaced) several of these so speak from experience!

Better than expected
We had a power outage for a week and as a result we had no hot water. This saved us. It says that the water stays hot for a few hours, but after pouring boiling water in, this urn kept the water hot for more than 24 hours. Definitely recommend this. Was very very happy with this purchase.

Broken within 1 month and no spare parts
The pot has broken within a months use and Amazon won’t accept a return and Olympia do not provide spare parts. Not impressed.

Good thermos- keeps liquid very hot for > 10 hours, easy to use, can’t fault it. Worth the purchase
