WOW. Excellent Book, Everything You Need and More!
WOW. This is an incredible book. It has far more information than I had expected. Definitely worth the price. The information is very thorough and covers all the parts needed for a simpler cookbook or a complex cookbook. Excellent!

Exceptional Resource!
I cannot say enough good things about The Complete Recipe Writing Guide! To say it is comprehensive is an understatement, from specific dietary considerations to ingredient substitutions to a bird's eye view of how to develop a recipe from start to finish, this book has it all. Perhaps its greatest strength is the writing. Raeanne Sarazen takes what could have been a complicated subject matter, and makes it accessible for professionals and lay people alike. The book represents exactly what Raeanne emphasizes in recipe development - clarity, and ease of use. In addition, The Complete Recipe Writing Guide is a gorgeous book, chock-full of informative side bars, beautiful photography, and Quick Tips that are practical, useful and fun to read - I cannot wait to make some of Raeanne's very own recipes, as well as others' thoughtfully sprinkled throughout the book. The organization, charm, in-depth coverage, yet readability of The Complete Guide make it a must-have for anyone interested in taking their food skills and know-how to the next level. The most complete resource that I use!
I found Sarazen's book through a colleague and it quickly became a regular resource and source of inspiration for all things related to food writing and recipe development. My copy quickly became page tagged, highlighted and dog-eared. If you're a food writer wanting to tighten up your style or looking to enter the segment of recipe development and writing, I highly recommend.

Raeanne's book is stuffed full of everything you need to know about developing and writing recipes. There isn't any other book like it on the market right now. Alongside Dianne Jacobs' book Will Write for Food, this book lives on my desk, and I reference it throughout my recipe writing and cookbook writing process.

Invaluable!
