PACKAGING:- Box: The box was beat up, but the couch was undamaged; there are multiple layers of dense cardboard reinforcement; the couch is positioned inside the box in a way that punctures near the bottom from forklifts during shipment did not reach the couch- Pallet: The box came on a wooden pallet - this allowed me to drag the box from my garage to my front door by myself (after stripping the box off and removing the backrests) when I was ready to bring the couch in the house; then I used the long pallet as a ramp over my two front steps- Wrap: Inside the primary packaging, the couch came wrapped in both Tyvek and plastic - I slit the wrap just enough to get the backrests out, and the wrap was still able to prevent the armrests from swinging open while moving it; the wrap allowed me to slide the couch in the house and down carpeted stairs without a second personQUALITY:- Frame: There is a lot of steel in this thing - the design is very robust, but also VERY HEAVY; I will never attempt to move this couch alone ever again- Leather: As the description states, this is TOP Grain Leather, not FULL Grain Leather; so, the leather is not as thick as on my old leather couch, but that is precisely why this genuine leather looks better, is more supple, and is far more comfortable; it has a smoothness and feel similar to sheepskin or pigskin work gloves- Everything Else: Time will tell if the heat, massage, lighting, and articulation gadgets will hold up, but out of the box they work well; I can't feel any difference with the lumbar adjustment, but my oldest son claims he can tell a difference; I like that the motors are super quiet, and I am glad the swivel tray tables can be stored inside the arm restsSUGGESTIONS FOR OTHER BUYERS:- Contact the seller BEFORE purchasing and tell them you want the optional White Glove service (YOU CANNOT ADD IT AFTER ORDERING); this thing was way too heavy for me, and I easily could have been crushed sliding this down stairs; it's so heavy that I wouldn't have wanted to ask a friend to help me for fear they'd throw their back out or hurt themselves in some other way- This thing requires 4 outlets: one for main power, one for each of the two feature remotes, and one for the center console lighting; I recommend the "Anker 2000J Surge Protector" (Amazon part number B0BV9YJJGR); this way, you only have one cord leading from the wall to under the couch - just make sure the cords are organized in a way they cannot get tangled up in mechanical components; keep in mind, the couch must be about 1 foot from the wall when in the home position to allow for full recline

The couch came well packed. It was easy to put together. It appears to be well made and of solid construction. I have no issues with the product.

Extremely nice leather well made. Easy to put together. Super heavy well-made frame. Seat heat is great massage is just ok. The cons are legs do not raise high enough to relieve pressure off lower back. Does not fully recline, very hard seats. Not the most comfortable for tv watching. But overall, extremely well made and great value for the money, just not very comfortable. Impossible to move around to clean under without furniture sliders under it.

Even if you are sheera princess of power you will need 1-3 extra folks to get this inside. Pay the extra for white glove bring it inside and set it up. Worth it as this is HEAVY. The features are excellent and far cheaper than similar models in local stores. A great buy.

Nothing "wrong" with the couch necessarily I just don't find it super comfortable. The seat is a little on the firm side and I was looking for something more soft and plush probably. The features are all really cool. The heat and massage are great but the couch seems to sit higher than most couches I've had before so it just kind of adds to it not being super comfortable.
