I got this for a large recliner that had buttons on the side. A family member had heart surgery and was unable to reach the buttons on our recliner and had to sleep in the recliner for a few months. This remote was a life saver for us. Once installed it sat on the arm rest and we had no problems with the operation of it.I do have to mention that the bottons you push to recline light up and are very bright. It was a blessing and also annoying at times. We had to put it under a blanket some nights to stop the glowing light. But at times it helped us to see when having to get up during the night. It was like a nightlight.I wanted to use a sharpie marker or electrical tape to block it out after the getting up at night stopped. But it really wasn't that bad. I would definitely recommend and buy again if the need arises.

I wish the up arrow was on top of the remote instead of by the cord. Kinda upside down for intuitive use.

My mother lives in her lift chair. So when the original one quit working it was very important to get a new one right a way. This company was able to have it to us the next day ! It's identical to our Mcombo original a little more expensive then theirs but Mcombo was out of stock . I went and got a spare as her health issues are not changing anytime soon.

The buttons work backwards, so if I get dementia I'm gonna be in a real pickle! 😂 up is down, down it's up! Other than that I think it's just great! Cord is long, hand control is comfy, light doesn't blind you! All good but the uppy downy thingy 😂 worth your money, my last one was over $100 !

I was horrified as the remote to my less than 1 year old electric recliner fell into my mop bucket full of soapy, dirty water. I thought I would need to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement, as the footrest was stuck in out position. This one is almost identical- I just checked the end and made sure it was the same and 2 days later, crisis averted like it never happened.
