This is one of the lower cost options for this type of supplement. It dissolves well in most beverages especially warm ones. It has a mild taste as long as you follow the instructions - the more you add, the more you notice the mushroom taste.

Mushrooms are ADAPTOGENS, meaning that they're beneficial for the whole body, but have a particular area of expertise. This is almost tasteless, so many of my clients who are children do fine, putting a little bit in a spoon and pouring it into their mouth and having some water. It's a remarkable herb for repairing and supporting challenged respiratory systems. And because it's granules, as opposed to plain herbs, it doesn't taste like anything. Wonderful herb.

I took this every morning for 6 weeks in my coffee and didn't notice any difference with my excessive phlegm. After 2 weeks I doubled up with 1/2 teaspoon no help. Waste of money.
