Q: isnt BLUE light illegal? i thought only cops can use blue light.......... i want these but dont want to get stopped by the police.... thoughts?

I have two lights on each of my wheels, more than enough. I can be seen for miles-- which is the objective

Q: Will it work on flat spokes?

Not very well. I bought these for my Jamis road bike and for my sisters Fuji. The Fuji has flat spokes and the only way to would fit is on the outer edge. It kept rattling the entire time
