Worked very well
Stopped throwing away my old electric toothbrushes and started putting these on them. Had about 10 old cheap electric toothbrushes saved up and replaced the head part with these. They work well. My dentist told me that most electric tooth brushes lose about 60 percent of their efficiency after 6-8 weeks of use. So I rotate them now. Also the heads are not easy to get off the old electric toothbrushes. So you have to fiddle and play with them a little to remove them. Could be all that old tooth paste clogging them up a little when you remove them. Not sure but they are stuck on there

Replacement brush heads
The media could not be loaded. Fits well. Just loud when it turns on. Still the cheaper option rather than buying the brand.

Better
Better than store bought from the original manufacturer.

Not made well
A bristle of the brush have a tendency to come out as you brush your teeth. Not a good feeling as it can cause discomfort in your mouth.

IDENTICAL as the NAME BRAND!
I purchased these at a great savings. When you have several family members and on the advice of your dentist replace the heads twice annually, it can get expensive. The name brand replacements from the big box store only come in a pack of 2 and at best I could order a pack of 4 plus pay additional shipping to have them shipped from the big box store warehouse--no thank you! Upon comparison, these are IDENTICAL to the original name brand!

****WARNING. CHOKING HAZARD!****
Not a perfect fit. Brush heads do not align flush in the tooth brush handle, causing it to rattle. Brush heads seem to be a tiny bit too small... a few times my inner lip got caught in the brush where it wasn't flush. Not painful, but something that obviously shouldn't be happening, right? The brush bristles have come out many times while brushing! Always just one! You'd be brushing, and it would look and feel like a fishbone was in your mouth! But more often than not, after you rinse the brush, there'd be a lone bristle sticking up a quarter inch out of the brush head. But nothing compares the the choking hazard...****WARNING. CHOKING HAZARD!****THE BRUSH HEAD CAN AND WILL COME OFF IN YOUR MOUTH WHILE BRUSHING!!The FIRST time it happened, it scared the s*** out of me and I nearly swallowed it.This sucks because it's such a good deal. But you get what you pay for...****DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! A CHILD COULD SWALLOW OR CHOKE TO DEATH USING THESE BRUSHES. AMAZON, STOP SELLING THIS ITEM!! DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. ITEM!****WARNING. CHOKING HAZARD!****
