Not salty, just a wonderful melt in your mouth taste! Comes in a protective box to protective bags! You must order it once, I promise you these are so good, you can eat a bag for dinner and be satisfied! Low carbs, low calories too.plus you can't find these in any store! Thank you Amazon! If I could get an Amazon agent on the phone to help me put 5 Boxes together in one shipment, which should be 15% off on the 5 items Subscribe and Save plan, I'd buy them again. But at $4.00 plus per each very small bag is a bit too much.

I Bought these for my kids as a possible replacement for less healthy alternatives (cheetos and whatnot).Overall they are pretty good / decent, but not their favorite; nor did they win them over how I had hoped.Taste-wise, they are less 'potent' of a cheddar flavor than most other (less healthy) cheddar-based snacks. They are very crunchy and the texture is closer to those cheetos paws which are crunchy, but not overly hard.Lastly, they are relatively healthy! the nutrition facts label has their details marking them as a considerably healthier snack than alternatives so I applaud that.

I thought it was going to be a crunchy pretzel with a cheese coating ... it's a "cheese puff" shaped like a pretzel White some people may like the light snacks that seem like mostly air with a cheese flavor, not me.
