missing instructions for panels and they did not enclude the hoops. this is a cheaply made product that i wish i could get my money back for or at least find directions online, nothing, very shabbily put together

I started a practice stitch kit before attempting to work on this one, so I missed the return period for this kit. I saw that the seller said they were working on better instructions, and to email the seller with questions, but I can’t find an email anywhere. The instructions are for only one pattern (there are 4), and it’s a pattern that’s not even in the kit. So there is nothing that shows what stitch to use for each item in the pattern. I see a lot of people complained about running out of floss, but it was probably because it wasn’t clear that you split the floss for a lot of it. Like most stitches call for 2 out of 6 strands. Since this is titled for beginners, I was expecting better instructions. The other kit I got had a QR code that took you to a series of 29 different stitches… friendly suggestion for the seller. The kit looks good quality, and appears there is ample floss.
