Probably the best knife ever.
These knives are amazing I've used one of these as a butcher for over 30yrs and I'm now only just replacing it. It's well balanced with a very comfortable handle a definite 10/10

Old and new
Bought to replace this one, if it lasts as long as the old one it'll see me out. Great knives.

Victorinox quality steel, let down by rose wood handle!
As a butcher for 32 years have always used victorinox knives usually fibrox handle. Used rose wood years ago, so thought I’d have a change, as expected steel very good. However, wooden handle isn’t that well put together . There’s a gap each side which means when EHO inspect I’ll have to bin it!! Shame!🙁
