Great design on the bubble house, a little tricky to get balloons rotating properly though.I chose this one after seeing some others that looked more like an igloo than a dome with a tunnel, and the shape is exactly what I was looking for.The first blower that was sent wouldn't even get the balloons all the way around with no one in it, but Alicia in Customer Service sent a little stronger blower that got them rotating!The bubble has a little flap on the tube to direct the air downward and help proper rotation. If it didn't have that, a table would be required to get the right angle. You can still direct it left and right by moving the blower, so you want to try to create a vortex around the center so having a couple of people in there doesn't impeded the airflow too much. Make sure you practice this before you do your first event!Bubble has plenty of anchors for balloon garlands on the dome itself, now I just have to learn to make good ones!Only thing to watch out for on the 10 footer is that the tunnel has a support beam that goes right through the center, so taller people will need to duck down!

The inflatable bubble was exactly as described. It was packaged well and all parts included. The seller team was super informative and sent me an email to ensure my date needed and delivered well in advance of my expected date. I had to sign for the delivery and wasn't home but the seller sent another email informing me of rhe attempted delivery. I was able to reschedule without a hitch.I purchased the inflatable for an up coming wedding I'm coordinating and the delivery date gave me enough time to practice. I would recommend inflating indoors and outdoors. I have pics of it indoors with two adults and a few balloons for display. I would recommend unfolding and pulling as many of the wrinkles as possible but not to thoroughly. It inflates quickly when you follow the directions.Overall I'm super excited about my purchase and appreciative of the professionalism of the seller.

The media could not be loaded. This may be a user error, but the balloons tend to pool up to one side. The blower seems to be working fine.Easy to inflate. The wrinkles do not completely go away, but maybe with time and use they will.

Although the dome is super cute & somewhat what we expected the blower is not strong enough to move our balloons around.The dome also deflates within seconds when trying to get in or out of it. Not sure if that is due to the not strong blower we received.

I am so pleased with my purchase. The bubble house came in well packed. High quality material with ample hooks for securing in place with a sun bag and for hanging balloon garlands. I purchased this for a rental business and I can’t wait to use it for my next customer. Customer service is also excellent-they are very responsive and go out their way to make you satisfied. I will purchase from them again.

I was really excited to have the bubble house as a centerpiece for my Halloween party, thinking it would be a real "wow" factor. However, when we inflated it for the first time, we noticed a small tear around one of the vents. I immediately contacted the seller to inquire if this was a common issue, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It's disappointing because I had high hopes for this item, but the lack of customer service and the initial defect left me feeling frustrated. Wouldn't recommend it unless you can be sure about its quality.

I am on purchase #2 of this bubble house and the quality is the best I have found . I purchased from a different supplier and the quality is incomparable to this one . The material is thick. It has proper ventilation and strong zippers . I had one small issue and the customer service immediately found a solution and was more than accommodating!
