How do you turn up the vume?

If "vume" is shirt for volume, then tap the right earbud on its control, if you need it louder, wait a second and tap again. Repeat until it's loud enough. Alternatively, you can leave the range if your phone, count to 30, then get back in range. They will say "earbuds connected battery ____". The earbuds hate this and will try to make you deaf as punishment. The bloody things go immediately to full volume. Hope this helps.

Can you disconnect from a device by using the earbuds, or do you have to turn off bluetooth on your device?

Sorry. I can't answer that. When I take my ear buds out and put them in their case they disconnect.

Can you turn off touch controls? I adjust my earbud in my ear and it skips songs, etc

No , my right will not turn on at all

Is there a way to turn them off and on( without having to put them back in the charging case and then remove them)?

No. They do eventually turn off.. then you have to put them in the case and take them out to turn them on again.

Great value

Took some online reviews for me to purchase this product. Mainly to use at the gym and cycling. For which it is amazing. Personally prefer the Jlabs EQ over the Balanced EQ.

I received the product and like the sound quality. But the color delivered is quite different than what was ordered, so a bit disappointing to receive the wrong color.

Stopped working after 4 months

At first I thought these earphones are a good price-value combination. But even for that price the earphones should work longer than just 4 months. The left earpiece just stopped working at all. Do not buy this product and do not buy from One Shop Dubai! One Shop Dubai did not fulfill my warranty case until today. The communication was extremely difficult and they didn't even want to deliver to my home address.
