3kg of good quality Chickpeas
Fast delivery which was a nice surprise while things are much slower just now. All the chickpeas are uniform looking with no discoloured peas in the pack. The packaging isn't as showed on line. A hot sealed big plastic bag with a little label on the front and a detailed contents information label on the reverse. This doesn't affect the contents but doesn't have the 'cared for' look as shown on Amazon. I've decanted them into an airtight tub anyway. They taste brilliant! These will be what I use always in future as the quality is EXCELLENT!

Long life, good taste
We use these for both humous and falafel.Dried chickpeas are much better than tins in terms of storage, and waste packaging. If you want to have falafel then you need dried, as many recipes won't work with tinned. Use tinned ones, and your falafel will disintegrate during cooking.Great that these are organic.

Couldn’t eat them due to bugs
Unfortunately I couldn’t eat my entire 3kg bag of chickpeas because they were infested with bugs. So disappointed and feel terrible for throwing away so much food

Full of bugs!!!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this product in June 2020 and the best before date is 19 November 2021. It has been and opened and has been living in a cool dry dark place. I have just discovered that there are many live bugs eating their way through the chickpeas. As I said, it is completely unopened and sealed. Complete waste of money, goes into the bin. Disgusting, creepy bugs. Appalling!!!
