Q: I can’t seem to unpack the bag from the reverse packed version in which it is delivered to me. Are there some instructions to help me do this?

Unzip the reversed packed pouch that the bag is packed into and then pull the bag (backpack) out from this - note that you will need to fully unzip all zips as they are partially closed when packed on delivery. The pouch then becomes an inside pouch within the larger backpack. This pouch needs to be folded inside out as does the backpack itself - which will then be the correct way round. Packing the bag away back into the pouch is the revers of the above. It may seem a bit fiddly at first but it's easy once you get the hang of it.

Q: Does the back side protect the back? Is it well cushioned and isolated? I wouldn't like feeling corners and angles of whatever I'm taking.

No cushioning but I didn't notice this as a problem using the pack daily for a fortnight in the tropics. Judicious packing might help. I found it light, capacious for what it is and ideal as a day pack.

Q: One of the side photos shows wheels but I assume this is an error as it is a rucksack?
