Sweet but delicious
I loved this product. I mixed it with half water and half milk with ice. Its sweet but reminds me of Starbucks if you add sweetener.

Easy to use sweet matcha powder
I drink a lot of afternoon tea but was getting a bit bored, so I decided to try mixing things up a bit and trying to make matcha. A couple months ago, I tried a plain matcha powder and really liked it so I ordered this sweet matcha powder to compare. This powder looked much like the other one though I think it's a little bit lighter green. Same fineness of powder. I made the warm latte following the instructions on the back of the bag using 2 teaspoons of powder in 1/4 cup hot water (200 F out of my kettle) and then mixed in one cup of warm whole milk (heated in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds). Beautiful smooth drink and very mild. Even though I stirred well, it got stronger as I went to the bottom of the cup so maybe I'll keep a spoon in it to stir more as I drink. I can be a bit sensitive to the taste of artificial sweeteners (they all taste bitter to me) and I did get a tiny bit of bitterness from this but my mind associated it with the green tea and not the sweeteners. I found this a really soothing drink and look forward to drinking more. Now I just have to get a frother to make it even better! Like another reviewer commented, even though I was very careful scooping out the powder, some got in the zipper bag and made it hard to close. If I transfer this to a jar, I'd still want the instructions nearby, so I'm not sure how I'll solve that problem short of saving the empty zipper bag.

Flavorful and just sweet enough
This is a properly labelled sweet matcha. It's not meant to be used straight. It needs to be mixed with dairy or baked. It uses sugar substitutes but is just sweet enough so as not to dominate the natural grassiness. This is evidenced by its rich green color as opposed to a greyer dull one (see Georgia O'Keeffe-inspired photo) its competitors have. When placed in a bowl the powder crumbles nicely (see photo). When warm water is introduced, and it is whisked vigorously, it forms a respectable froth (see photo). It can be served as a latte hot or cold, and I took it hot first. Mixing in warm and frothed milk dilutes it but the matcha flavor comes in strong enough. Taken cold, the sweetness is subdued somewhat, and ice can dilute it as it melts, but it's still strong. So this has become my favorite sweet matcha and I will order it again. At $14.99 with 14 servings it's just a little over $1 a serving. With $0.50 or less of milk that beats what a cafe can make. Add tapioca pearls and you've got a magnificent matcha boba. It is wonderful for baking, adding rich color and flavor.

Tastes good. Slightly bitter finish. Dissolves well. Easy to make.
What this is:This is a 5.3 ounce resealable foil lined bag of Sweet Match mix. It is sugar free. It uses stevia and erythritol to sweeten. There are 15 servings per bag. 2 teaspoons/10 grams makes one serving of a matcha drink. To make:It is super easy. Mix 2 teaspoons of mix to 1/4 cup water. Stir. Add 1 cup milk.I tried the iced matcha latte. It is tasty. It is lightly sweetened. It has a creamy light matcha tea like flavor. It has a slightly bitter finish. It doesn't have the stevia flavor that I can usually pick out in foods sweetened with it.5 stars:This is a nice treat for the morning or afternoon or any time of day. Tastes good. Easy to make. Dissolves well.

Delicious and Versatile Matcha Powder
I have a expresso bar set up in my house and I've been looking for good matcha powder to add to my arsenal of drink ingredients. I'm very pleased with this matcha! I have this with vanilla almond milk and it's delightful. To make it even better I like to add raspberry coffee syrup. It turns the drink kind of brown, but it's so good! It's also great with peppermint coffee syrup. I usually make this as an iced drink, but I enjoy it hot or blended as well!I love that they include recipes for people who don't know how to make matcha drinks! Personally I don't like adding water to mine, but typically they are made with both milk and water. This dissolves very well as long as you stir or shake the drink well. Highly recommend this matcha!

Matcha Green Tea Latter powder – needs some delicate handling
This is a review of “Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder, 5.3oz [ Sweet Matcha for Lattes, Smoothies or Baking] Authentic Matcha from Boseong, Korea"This is a convenient form of preparing green tea latte in a sweetened form. This Korean product is an organic sweet tea powder with a premixed sweetener called stevia and Erithrytol. So it is sugar free, which is a good thing. The product itself is therefore a relatively low calorie offeringat 36 calories per drink. This sweet tea latte mix can be used to prepare either a hot latte or a cold version. Now let us talk about the results. I found the hot latte version to be a bit more difficult to prepare in order to eliminate the bitter after taste. After some trial and error I got acceptable results but the clue is to have warm milk and not hot milk as directed by the manufacturer. The cold latte was a bit more closer to a professional drink and was a lot more acceptable. I think the idea of a sugar free organic green tea mix powder is a laudable one. I do believe however that this concoction is only acceptable from a taste point of view therefore, I give this product a three star rating. If you are a diehard green tea fan, but can tolerate a variation in taste, then I would advise you to give this product a try and save some money from going to your local coffee shop.[As a vine reviewer, I am pledging not to be compensated or influenced by the vendor; I state my opinions based on my personal experience without any bias or pressure]
