Easy to be fitted, good looking and materials, only the back support gives you back pain so you have to put pillows in order to give you better back support. Beside this it’s a really nice product and very good looking

I purchased this chair to replace a much more expensive “ designer “ chair my wife had for the last 10 yrs. It arrived within days or ordering and once out of the box was easy to assemble.My wife tells me it is extremely comfortable and fits in perfectly with our conservatory decor.I would love to review it personally but she is never off it, spending hours reading or sleeping with the cat on her lap( seems the cat likes it too)So there you have it, great value, exceptional comfort and certainly well worth buying.

One chair is perfect ,the other has a fault with fixingsI have tried to contact Amazon but as we can't dismantle the chair due to fault it will be near impossible to return for a refundI would like seller to make contact to discuss further

I ordered this recliner on a Thursday morning & it arrived the following day at lunch time,even thou it said 5-7 days delivery,luckily I was home when it arrived.It was well packaged, it took me about 40 mins from taking it on the box,assembling it & then sitting in comfort......just a tip,when attaching seating area to legs,line up all your screws first & tighten each one a bit at a time,it's a lot easier doing it that way.This chair is sooooo comfortable, I'm 5ft 6 my legs hardly touch the floor when I sit in it ,the head cushion is just at the right height for me, the only down side for me is that they don't do it in navy blue colour to match my decor but that's not a major problem as I've got navy blue throws to hold with it,which makes it even more comfortable & cosy.

We purchased two of these chairs to go in our new conservatory. Now we have them both in place they look great, but it's been a bit of a long-winded process. On our first delivery, one of them was broken (the thread in one corner of the seat was broken so the screw wouldn't go in - it just kept popping out). I contacted SoBuy and their first response was to just ask if I wanted a £30 refund to keep the chair and "try and mend it, or use it as it is". Considering the seat couldn't be fixed to be used, I found this rather amusing. I went back to them and said we would like a replacement and one was then forthcoming. They also send a return label for the broken one and this was duly collected by EVRI.Delivery was quick and the second chair is absolutely fine. My husband said the instructions are a bit sparse and could be more detailed and it was a bit fiddly to put together (especially getting the cover on), but other than that we are pleased with these chairs. They look great in the conservatory and hopefully will give us a lot of use over the years.
