Great toner, did not discolor, toned down the brassy color, did not dry out my hair

The toner and developer are both great quality products. The toner color turned out more gray than I expected, but otherwise, the products are great quality, and would use them again, just a different color.

This is my go to toner when I want to have platinum blonde hair. It does absolutely stunning job! It does have a very strong scent, so I’d suggest using it in the area that is well ventilated because it did give me headache when I first mixed it up. I had to step away for a minute and move my entire setup to a smaller bathroom that had a stronger fan, and then it was more manageable. Also, after lightening my roots and applying this toner that same day, it did make my scalp more dry and more sensitive, so I had used a nice moisturizing mask afterwards, which helped a lot. Something that I also noticed was when I applied this toner all over but i only had highlights and not my entire head pre lightened, it still made my natural hair lighter so i still had that roots line growing out. I would definitely recommend it for those who is doing an all over platinum blonde, and if you’re doing highlights or balayage, I’d go with a more gentle toner or apply it to only the pre lightened hair so your darker hair doesn’t change color as well with that toner. ( my natural hair is a very light brown)

Getting the brass out.

Box says use 20 but instructions on Amazon says 10 ???I found using 10 was for the lightest shade. Glad I didn’t go by the box instructions

The directions literally say you need to mix this with 20 developer, not 10, so why would you sell this as a bundle with the wrong volume developer? Thanks for wasting my money. Now I gotta go find a store selling the 20 and spend even more money.
