Yes ...Best before date is on the box .,mine only had just over 1 week...amazon refunded me .

Yes, we do use malaxation, because the paste has to be kneaded after passing through the mill. But with short kneading times and temperatures below 27º to maintain aromas and polyphenols in the process known as "cold extraction". Kneading is a key stage in the production of olive oil. The master miller can play with the temperature and the kneading time of the paste. As mentioned above, for high quality extra virgin olive oils, such as ours, the kneading time is short and below 27º (cold extraction).
