Great Gluten Free cereal
If you are looking for a top quality gluten free breakfast cereal then I can recommend this one. I have purchased both this item and others in the range. All remain crisp in the packet even after opening (make sure you keep the bag sealed with a bag clip. The cereal takes great too.Its pricy at often around £3 to £3.50 a packet but its absolutely worth it. It is by far the best GF breakfast cereal I have purchased.

Very tasty, but quite pricey in comparison with others.
Love it despite the the suspicion that it may be highly processed. It meets all my requirements, gluten free, high fibre and, dare I say it, pleasant to eat.

Tasty & gluten free!
I love this cereal and hadn’t bought it for a while. Very tasty and even better that it’s gluten free! Not gonna lie, it’s sometimes hard to resist pouring a second bowl!

Delicious & light cereal.
So nice to find a cereal with good flavour, interesting texture & light on the stomach. Doesn’t need much milk & the dog likes them too! A 40g portion sets me up for the day. Tad expensive but worth it (especially not to eat cardboard equivalents.)

Great Gluten Free Cereal
This is definitely the best cereal I have found after being diagnosed with Coeliac disease. Full of taste and fibre with the maple syrup coating giving it that added sweetness. It is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain in supermarkets so its great to see it available on Amazon. It is rather expensive at full price (£3.00) so I always try to find it on offer at around £2.00 if possible. This is still quite expensive compared to normal cereals but then everything for Coeliacs tends to be much more expensive!

tasty cereal...but high proportion of cornmeal and cane sugar compared to remaining ingredients
It's very easy for me to get through two boxes in a week. I usually have this with sliced banana, lots of sunflower seeds and maybe coconut or oat milk. To say I crave this is an understatement! However, looking at ingredients, there is a lot of corn and sugar compared to the remaining ingredients of flaxseeds, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth. Check anyway but it looks like these only make up about 12% of total ingredients. I wouldn't recommend this as a healthy breakfast, tastes bloomin good though.
