Easy way to boost wellness
I've been taking the 365 Pycnogenol capsules, and they're a simple addition to my daily routine. The 50mg dose is just right, and I appreciate that they're vegan and BPA-free. It's nice knowing I'm supporting my health with a trusted Whole Foods product.

Pycnogenol, a review so far
So, I've been taking this Pycnogenol from Whole Foods for a while now (two-ish months?), and thought I would share my review. I have been dealing with some joint discomfort and fatigue over the summer and was looking for something natural to help. I did some research on Pycnogenol, and this one seemed like a good option as it comes from whole foods. What I've noticed:- My joints feel better: I definitely feel less achy in my left knee that I sprained these days.- More energy: I feel a little more peppy overall. Nothing crazy, but it's noticeable.Overall:I'm pretty happy with this Pycnogenol. It's not a miracle worker, but it definitely seems to have helped. If you're thinking about trying it, I'd say go for it! Yes it is definitely pricey so if you don't see the results you want I would drop it, just keep in mind everyone's body is different, so your results might vary.Disclaimer: This is just my personal experience, not medical advice.

$$$$ but worth it
I have been using this product for many years. Expensive but worth it.

Not sure if it is working or not
I'm not sure how long you need to be taking this supplement before you should be seeing health improvements, but I can't say I've seen anything yet. I haven't felt any negative side effects which is good, but I couldn't tell you if the pycnogenol is doing anything positive for me or not. It says to take 1 capsule, 1 to 2 times a day with food and I have only been taking 1 a day since this was something completely new to me- maybe you need to take 2 a day to see improvements? This supplement is very expensive IMO and since I haven't seen anything I probably will not purchase it again. With the capsules I have left I might try taking 2 a day and see if that changes my feelings about the product- I will update my review if it does.

Solid Product from Whole Foods / Amazon
Pycnogenol (Pine Bark Extract) has been studied to potentially help with dry skin and also children having ADHD symptoms. I cannot speak to the full effectiveness of Pycnogenol in this matter but these supplements are easy to swallow and packaged in a good dosage. Would recommend trying if you want to see if Pycnogenol could help you.

Nice, single item supplement.
Do your own research into pine bark and on how it may help you. I did and that's why I'm taking these. I wished this bottle of Pycnogenol has some sort of certified testing with documentation to back up the ingredients. That aside, I have been taking these for a couple weeks now and have no issues with them.

Goodness of pine
I wanted to try Pycnogenol as I've heard it supports cardiovascular health and reduces inflammation. I like that this is from Whole Foods and can trust that I'm getting a good product. They are easy to swallow and tasteless.

Good Source
Been taking this product for a month and feel great no issues .. This is one of these supplements that you don’t hear much about but it has great benefits that I might need to buy a new bottle to really feel the benefits.
