I started going to the gym in earnest a few months ago (4-5 times a week) and was looking for a supplement that would give me a good pump. This produce certainly does that. It recommends taking 4-6 tablets (I take 4) about half an hour before exercising. I do this (washed down with L-Glutamine and Creatine) before heading to the gym. I defintely feel more alert and the pump I get is very noticable. Bicep/tricep day I feel far more vascular and my forearms feel like they are going to explode.As with all products, especially fitness supplements, do your own reasearch, check the label for what its main ingredient is. L-Arginine in this is obviously the main Nitric Oxide booster. There are plenty of other products out there with similar ingredients but I have used Iron Labs products before (ZM6) and trust the brand. Great product, look no further.

Not bad value for money

I go to the gym in the morning. I set my alarm for 06:00 and then a backup at 06:15.I now take these tablets on my first alarm. The 2nd alarm is no longer required, I'm up and buzzing and ready to run and lift. And when I run, the need to draw breath decreases rapidly; I put it down to a combo of these tablets and actually doing the running. These tablets have improved the quality of my life.Take them. You'll be off your @rse I'm 10 mins. Some of the reviews here say they get nothing from them. They must be soooo caffeine tolerant (but I've been abusing it for 30 years), or their a shill from a competitor, or they're looking for a replacement for an illegal compound. These work - I swear on my son's life.

Five Star Nitrous Boost

Its a waste of time and money ..... i had high hopes for them as the powder ones workwell but taste vile but it dose nothing at all ...... the maximum in one go is six pillls and absolutely nowt from it at all 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️......

Excellent product.had my doubts about the claims to be honest. Even on the first use on legs managed 30% higher weights and 3 extra reps at this weight. Surprised but pleased. Feel less tired after workout. So far so good.Have been working with this product now for 2 weeks and I have been managing extra weight consistently - definite impression that muscle'pump, or blood flow is enhanced if the effort is employed to really push hard.I have been sceptical about taking supplements to an extent, but this is the first product I have tried which has made a clear difference to performance. I will cutting out other products and focusing on this from now on with creatine.
