Great product and at a good price..I only use 2 caps(serving size is 3caps 1500mg) in the morning on empty stomach..I was using another brand but it has been out for a long time.Found this and very happy with my choice...

My nutritionist recommended this, specifically to help cut down on glucose spikes, but also in slowing down digestion of carbs and promoting a feeling of fullness (I'm a super fast eater). I take 3-4 capsules about half an hour before dinner and I do feel fuller and end up eating less, which I am happy with.

I wanted to try this brand as I have found certain version of Garcinia can make me sick. This version had no adverse affects which was really great. The pills are larger for me this is to a problem but I always like to mention it as it does affect a lot of other people. Either way the pill is easy to swallow and these have a decent dosage to take daily. This really helped me to curb my appetite and work at getting it back on track.

Terrible product and you cannot get your money but, a real rip off, do NOT buy!!!

Having taken this brand of Garcinia for several months now, I find it to be comparable to many of the other brands of Garcinia currently available. These capsules are 500mg each with a daily serving size of (3) capsules. For myself, I typically take (1) capsule three times a day with each meal instead of (3) capsules at once as recommended by the packaging instructions. So far, I have shed about 10 lbs while taking this in addition to eating a healthier diet. Like many other dietary supplements, you still need to watch what you're eating but also realize that these supplements do not work overnight and make take 30 to 60 days before noticing any effect. That said, while taking these I have not had any adverse reactions or upset stomach. At the current price point for 180 capsules, I believe these are very reasonably priced and do seem effective, which is why I'll keep using this as long as the pricing remains consistent and continues working for me.

The capsules are large but doable and it kind of reinforces the idea of drinking a full glass of water when taking them. I am not taking three a day because I do not eat that often, I don't always have them with me when I eat, and I tend to error on the side of caution starting anything new at only one at a time (in this case one a day) until I see how I respond to it. Additionally, I always check with medical and nutritional professionals before starting a new to me supplement. The largest change I have seen is it has slowed down my cravings for carbs which is a good thing for me and controlling blood sugar. I also do not feel the strong need for a nap during the day and if I nap I am able to awaken alert after 20 minutes instead of sleeping for longer.Do your due diligence before starting this or any supplement.

I'm a longtime user of this herb. I find that except for odd periods, maybe one month or two, it helps keep my weight down a bit. That could be more to my inconsistent use during those periods though, than the product itself. I find when I take it I have less bloating.I have found some brands make me sick and others don't. I cannot find the reason why. I've tried both low dosage and high. Perhaps the ones that make me sick have other ingredients in them.This one did not make me sick, and it's a pretty high dosage if you take three pills. I also found the pill easy to swallow.

I'm cautiously optimistic with this supplement. I did some searching and looked up info, good and bad, on garcinia cambogia and I appreciate that the "Serving" here is 3 capsules, equaling 1,500 mg. From what I can gather that is a safe amount to consume daily. At first I misread the dosage because the "serving" is 3 capsules and the timing is three times a day. But read carefully, because it's ONE CAP TAKEN THREE TIMES A DAY, not three capsules each time. That is important. I'm only eating twice a day, doing intermittent fasting. I'm taking 1 cap a little before I eat or even not eating, and I have noticed a reduction in cravings overall and a reduction in sugar cravings specifically. Some info I gleaned said garcinia can raise serotonin levels, and affect other brain functions, so be careful with this. Maybe a little boost in serotonin is why my cravings are reduced a bit. Who knows, I'm not a doc. But so far I'm being conservative with this supplement and I seem to be benefitting. Do your own research, take this one slowly. It's been good so far, no heartburn, no bad feelings or side effects to report, and I'm going to keep taking a cap here or there each day.
