I love this, It really helps with my Neuropathy. I have it in my fingers tips and my feet. My feet don't burn like they did, maybe one and a while they do. I can tell the difference when I forget to take it. I tried Neuriva, that was a waste of money. The only thing in it was the alpha lipoid acid that helped, so I am saving a lot of money buying this. I started at 300mg a year ago now I take 600mg. works better than anything else. The doctors don't even know what to do.
