I’m not sure what the actual inseam is but my daughter has very long legs and these weren’t long enough for her

Hi, The waist band is not tight. There is a drawstring on it so you can loosen it to however you like.

Q: I am 5'4". Will a size small go all the way up to my waist? Like, 2" above my belly button?

Do not purchase. Not 100% cotton. WAY too long and waist way too short. Sewn funny so it’s too short in the back. Chinese cheaply made.
