Do you need mounts to go with this or just the book?

Mounts are not needed. There are multiple rows of sleeves that the stamps slide into. Easy to use and preserves and protects the stamps well.

It says made by Lighthouse but does this have the same archival quality (of the pages etc.) as a Lighthouse stockbook?

It's on par with Leuchtturm. I prefer Lindner, however. Prophilia, I find, is little different, other than the number of lines per page, and the narrower overall size.

Is this book Acid Free?

I beleive it is, but I went to their site and found no information to that effect. You might want to contact them directly. Bruce
