A History of the English-Speaking Peoples Volume I: The Birth of Britain (Bloomsbury Revelations)

Detailed but easily read history giving the background to how we got here. A pleasure to work through and understand our past. No doubt academics will see this as too simple but it gives everyman (that is all of us) an opportunity to see our history as it was.

A very good read about the beginnings of the birth of Britain.

Great book to read, the packaging although should be better as the front cover was damaged a bit.

Classic, well-written, interesting book.
