Really soft and good material. Blocks out most light. Do not make the mistake I did though, I put it in the freezer for half an hour and put it on for 5 seconds giving me the worst brain freeze ever. Stick to the fridge!

I love this migraine cap as the material is soft and I pop it I the freezer so it’s nice and cold however it does end up heating up really quick when I have it on my head I’m talking within a maximum of 10 minutes it has to go back in the freezer and for that reason I have bought multiple as I really do love it just wish it stayed cooler for longer

I’ve had this a while now and has been used a great deal. The cooling effect is what you need when you have that really bad head. It’s actually icy, this is where it gives immense relief. It does have a little weight to it but not heavy at all. Easy to slip on and off. It’s brilliant. Wouldn’t be without it now.

Unfortunately for me it’s just too tight to use when I have a migraine which is why I got itHowever temperature wise it’s great, and it is super soft so it feels really nice against your forehead

The mask is soft and moulds to your face, the mask is cold however can be chilled further by putting in the fridge and creates a wonderful absence when on to hug the eyes and create a pleasant pressure

Soft and relaxing. Good thickness. Sometimes slips off due to wright. So cold ?? Love it
