Is the peregrine falcon life size? I need it to scare pigeons from bird bath

The Peregrine Falcon is life size and very realistic, and we wanted it to stop pigeons sitting and messing on our conservatory roof, and at first it worked, but they soon realised it wasn't real. If you sit it on a bird bath it might be more effective, and if it isn't, it is a very nice bird ornament.
