Just don't buy it
I have used nivia's wrist band and boldfit's lifting straps. And they are simply the best when compared to these. The quality is horrible, the wrist band hurts a lot and has a horrible smell. The lifting straps cause a lot of distress when compared to other brands. I won't this recommend to anyone.
