I wasn't a fan of this freeze dried food. It seemed like it never could soak up enough water so it was dry/crunchy and the powder seasoning stuff was like clumped up so sometimes you'd get a lot or a little of seasoning. Ended up throwing the rest out. Wouldn't recommend.

I boil 1 cup of water, then add 1 cup of beeferoni. simmer on low a couple min.

My order of DriedBeef Pasta Marinara arrived quickly. I have tried another flavor of Nutristore freeze-dried products before, so I know this flavor will also be high quality and taste delicious. I like that this has a long shelf life, because I can keep it in case of an emergency. It is a hearty meal that I can feed my large family. It is also extremely convenient. All I need to do is add boiling water!

This was super easy and quick to prepare, (just add boiling water), and VERY delicious!

Ordered this yesterday pretty late in the day, it arrived today in excellent condition. On a side note I’ve heard this is the same parent company as peak refuel, which has me really excited as they are the best of the best of freeze dried meals, I’m thoroughly addicted to their beef stroganoff… so if it is the same, I may be in trouble if I can buy that in #10 cans Of peak refuel. Compared price to portion on competition like mountain house, this contains 10 portions for $40 which is the same as mountain on sale so this is a phenomenal deal!! Can’t wait to open this and taste test to confirm it’s the same recipe on the beef marinara in this instance, I’m almost drooling writing this pre review

Living in a hurricane state, we like to be prepared with ready to go and easy to prepare freeze dried foods. We had not seen this particular Nutristore brand before but much like Ready Hour, Ready Wise and Mountain House this only requires boiling water and contains a good selection of ingredients and nutrients with no artificial colors or flavors. This particular meal contains freeze dried ground beef so would not be suitable for vegetarians and no indication of Non-GMO but we don't typically seek that level of food grade for freeze dried or emergency meals. It is worth noting that unlike many of the other brands that come as 2-4 person servings, this 1 gallon sized can is listed as a 10 serving container. There are instructions for single servings but just be aware that once it's opened, the 25 year shelf life will be greatly reduced. Most freeze dried foods can last 6-12months but it will depend on the storage environment. The production date is listed on the can so you can calculate the expiration from that, however it does state that in order to get the max 25years it should be stored between 55-70℉. This is difficult for us here in Florida but chances are we'll be eating it before then. We'll be saving this one for the impending storm power outages but from a quality, nutrient and convenience standpoint, this is 5 stars.
