I had an amazing experience buying this laser!Every step of the way, I encountered a professional product and support.It arrived in a beautiful and safely packaged box with all the useful information and accessories.Despite the manual, I had a very minor issue when connecting to my 3018pro. I contacted customer support and the owner of laser tree personally helped me himself in a very fast, polite, professional and efficient manner.The issue as he pointed out turned out to be a very simple rearrangement of the wires I was using and all worked perfectly well afterwards.I am very impressed with the capabilities of the laser, how well it cuts and engraves and how smoothly it runs. I already started engraving some aluminium cards and it is extremely easy to use because of the power the laser can provide.I am looking forward to using it for my projects and also to buy more accessories from laser tree to complete my kit as it is a very reliable company offering great service!Thank you very much!

The media could not be loaded. The module is a noticeable Upgrade to the original Ortur Laser Mod.I'm guessing it is around 10Watts Optical Power as it can effectively Cut 8-10mm Black Perspex with multiple passes, or Light weight wood at similar thickness. Always use Air Assist for best results.It Engraves like a Co2 laser and with Air Assist on all High Power Cuts or Engraving, produces fine work at a really good speed. The Fixed Focus is best left where it is and by using the perspex Distance tool, Perfect Cuts and Engravings can be quickly and easily made.I'd absolutely buy again and would highly recommend!

The unit I received didn't appear to be operating correctly but as this was my first laser module, I wasn't sure whether it was just me not setting it up correctly. Laser Tree technical support (contacted through Facebook Messenger and the official LaserTree Facebook community) were extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and it transpired that the unit was indeed faulty. Laser Tree arranged for a replacement to be shipped by Amazon which arrived promptly and the new unit works flawlessly.

I ordered this for my Atomstack A5 M50 Pro as it states that it is compatible. On arrival from China it was immediately clear that it needs a driver board or it won't work on the Atomstack. When the driver board arrived from China it was then obvious that the laser would not fit without a special slider unit also from China. At this point I was really frustrated and not a little angry so arranged a return.This was the point that I was contacted by Lasertree asking what the problem was and asking that I wait for a slider unit to arrive, The reviews were so good that I reluctantly agreed. They sent me a well written and comprehensive manual in PDF form which was very helpful - but a shame that it wasn't included with the unit, which came with no documentation whatsoever!The slider arrived and so, after 6 or so weeks of frustration, assembly and wiring the unit was simple and Lasertree support was polite and very helpful. The laser itself really is excellent and seems to be more powerful than the original and is cutting plywood, thick greyboard and MDF cleanly and efficiently. The unit itself is well worth 5 stars, I have deducted one star simply for the frustration and disappointment of the journey to get here, which I believe was entirely avoidable.Please Lasertree, send at least a link to the PDF manual with the product and on your advertisement/product information make it clear that it is ONLY compatible with some lasers with extra components. It really is an excellent piece of equipment let down by lack of information.

just connected 4 pin off original laser module to supplied driver board then 3 pin out on driver board to 3 pin on new laser module then flip the switch on driver board and works perfectley no need for external powerreally big difference to cut speeds and depthvery pleased with this product

Excellent product, upgrade for my Atomstack A5pro, basically plug and play. Mounted onto existing frame plugged in 3 pin and that was all. Well packaged fast delivery Quality product noticeably different from my 5watt laser. Came with spares and a driver adapter incase you have 24v power not needed in my case. Would recommend this product.

A great upgrade from my stock laser. A very good laser giving better precision with its quality parts and able to etch very fine lines.

I bought this laser module as an upgrade to my Atomstack A5 M40 laser etcher.Installation was extremely simple, it was just four screws and an electrical connector. The installation plate that came with the kit already had the holes in the correct place for installation on the Atomstck's carriage.Once installed, it worked straight away with no problems whatsoever.The previous laser I had was a 5.5W optical power, this is 10W of optical power. The diference is very noticeable. I can now cut through 3mm Plywood in a single pass, which was not possible with my olod laser, which would need 3-4 passes. I have not tried anything thicker yet, but I plan to try some 6mm MDF in the near future, and from the results so far I doubt there will be any problems.I've only been using the laser module for a couple of days, but so far I would highly recommend it.
