No! Nothing like it, but it smells exactly like DKNY. I honestly can't tell it apart from the original, just that it doesn't last as long on. It doesn't smell like Rive Gauche at all, I think there's one that does, but I don't know which, if you Google Milton Lloyd, there's a website that gives all the names any what they are copies of.
