Q: What is better these PHD bars or the grenade bars?

I was an avid grenade bar fan. After bodybuilding for just over 10 years you will have tried just about anything on the market. What I like about these are the carbs. As mentioned in other comments the carbs aren't just carbs. Look at the Atkins diet and that sum ups how carbs basically work. PhD - Cookies & Cream & White Choc Blondie my faves Grenade - do some damn tasty RTD Banana Armour is lovely. Bar wise I like the birthday cake 15seconds in the microwave nice warm treat. Also check out Battle Bites, they are a completely different bar. A few of them have amqzing flavours. Last thing if you're unsure of bars and stuff go check out protein pick n mix they are really good for buying lots of single bars to find which way you want to go, and when you commit you can get a box nicely discounted.

Q: Have they changed the recipe of the chocolate brownie protein bars recently? it has a more fudgey taste and consistency than before. unpleasant.....

I always buy the peanut butter and dark choc raspberry. Definitely changed the recipe. I now find them inedible!
