The capsules essentially contain the powdered form of Astragalus and reap the same benefits that you'd get when consuming the dried root in tea form, so reduced stress and anxiety and increased energy levels. It does also boost immune system and speeds up the body's healing process.

Has all the known benefits - but good to follow the recommendations of the use

The capsules are large and hard to swallow, so I have to open them and drink the powdered herb in milk or a tea. The tea is a fairly rank taste, but milk masks the taste, albeit it being goat's milk, which some people think is rank on its own! The actual herb works well in boosting the immune system, as evidenced yesterday when it zapped in two doses the start of my son's sore throat and headache.One further comment, the bottle was all sticky on the outside when I received it. I think it was due to rather over-enthusiastic gluing of the label. It wiped off okay with a damp cloth, so no harm done.

Purchased one for ourselves now ordeing for a friend. Will buy again. Creates good flow.

I rarely write reviews, but felt the need on this occasion. The capsules are half empty, what more can I say? There supposed to be 500mg per capsule, but there clearly is not as you can squeeze the capsule fully in. Not good.
