I have consecutively bought at 5 or 6 bottles of this product, take daily dose in food, dressing, or as a supplement; and it does help and showed some signs on overall health improvement. I liked the taste of it!

I’m trying this for health benefits , various and many , not sure yet if I see a difference but the flavor and taste make it a great experiment anyway ! The health benefits can be really great if it’s things your body needs , and it’s a great sakad dressing oil so a win win!

It seems authentic to me: rich, buttery, truly delicious. I put it on my salads and drizzle it over rice and soups.

Bought this pumpkin oil dip after getting some pumpkin oil as a gift from Slovenia. I was hoping it would be just as good. This oil is delicious for dipping, salads, and cooking.Great !!!!!

Have been an avid user of this pumpkin seed brand since 2020 - they've not disappointed. Everything from internal use to external (scalp and hair), this product has been amazing. Strong, quality taste. Great with pink salt. Helps regrow hair when ingested and applied topically to scalp. Will continue using this brand until the end.

Very high quality oil.

I bought two popular types of pumpkin seed oil from Amazon for comparison: Pödör Premium Styrian oil (sold in a glass bottle); and La Tourangelle “toasted” oil (sold in a steel can). I bought these oils mostly to compare their optical properties, not necessarily for cooking.Taste: The Pödör oil had a light nutty taste, similar to peanut or cashew. The La Tourangelle oil also had a nutty flavor, but with a bold roasted taste that was slightly bitter, perhaps like burnt popcorn. Personally, I preferred the flavor of the Pödör oil, but not sure that it's worth the extra price.Color: In ordinary white light, the Pödör oil was dark green in color with relatively little red/brown dichromatism. The La Tourangelle oil was more olive-green in color with stronger reddish/brown dichromatism.Fluorescence: Both brands of oil fluoresced bright red color under 400nm UV black light. The color of the Pödör oil was brighter and slightly more pink. The La Tourangelle oil was slightly more orange-red in color.

An authentic Austrian pumpkin seed oil, with a rich flavor, a must for a pumpkin cream soup!I will definitely buy it again.
