Elder Sign Unseen Forces Expansion Board Game

Lived upto my expetations. Integrates perfectly with the base set and only adds to the eldritch experience. The new entrance cards have got rid of the chance to buy elder sign tokens, incresasing the skill level whilst adding a wonderful new twist with the introduction of the chapel (enabling you to spend tokens on the new blessing feature). New characters, up-dates of several existing cards, new items, monsters and Ancient Ones. The new blessing and curse dice are a great introduction.Overall, a small box packing a great deal of added fun (of nail bitting dread and air punching victory). FFG have produced a very clever expansion with this game. Well worth a purchase.

This is one of those expansions that just feels like it belongs to the original game, nothing feels gimmicky or tacked on. There are some welcome game changing elements here such as the new entrance cards and the cursed and blessed dice. The new entrance give you more options during the game while using the cursed and blessed dice just feels natural.Most of everything else is just extra content which you include with your existing decks. As it is allows you throw everything in without any fuss. It's a good game and gives you even more choice and dilemma than before, a sign of a good cooperative. It's also quite engaging solo, for some reason I enjoy this more than the iPad digital version.

Wow, just wow.I very much enjoyed the original Elder Sign, but was looking for some additional variety and challenge.Check out Tabletop for a good starting walkthrough.This expansion takes the game to a new level - they way it should be played.I still recommend you start in sequence - first the basic game, then unseen, finally move to Gates of Arkham - but once you complete the journey, you will never look back.

Adds a lot more to the game, but not essential.

Bought this expansion pack as a gift for my brother. It's brilliant, lots of extra cards to play with to help expand and prolong the game. The original game is brilliant, but this really adds to it. New cards add new rules and complexity to the game. Definitely recommend!

Having played the original game I knew that I'd be extremely happy to play this expansion for it.I discovered more than just an expansion of cards it was like a completely new scenario setting.Stepping from beyond the museum of the original game you are to travel around the city of Arkham, dare I say that this is what Elder Sign should have been!Some new additions and rules fit well into the main game, an excellent addition.

Good coop game that's played against the deck, not your friends. Rules are easy enough once played through a couple times. A game can be played and finished in a sensible time frame. Quality of components is good.

I love Elder Sign, it is quick, portable and really good fun. But dare i say sometimes easy! This changes everything - new blessed / cursed dice, master mythos cards, tough old ones, new investigators, the list continues...Also the expansion introduces alot more variety and choice when playing, which is a massive positive step forward.Love the new dice and the multitude of new different adventure cards. Well done Fantasy Flight, top marks :)
