I’ve been using U45 cream for my one-year-old baby, and I honestly absolutely love it. She has eczema, and this cream has made such a big difference—it really soothes and hydrates her skin, reducing the redness and dryness so much more effectively than anything else we’ve tried.Even though it’s fragrance-free, the smell isn’t bad at all—surprisingly mild and totally fine, especially for a baby product. I love this cream. I remember many years ago seeing a dermatologist recommend E45 cream for the face and have used it ever since. It moisturises well without being greasy and I can't imagine using anything else. No perfume, no fancy claims, just a great moisturiser.

Very nourishing cream. I have very sensitive and dry skin and this has been very helpful. It feels nice and light and doesn't leave a tacky feeling on the skin. Lovely and soothing. I will be repurchasing this again but probably in a bigger size!
