I cut up a lot of veg quite small, fry them in toasted sesame oil, I then add the seasoning from the packet and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Next I add the noodles to the wok with the veg etc, add a good splash of water, enough to barely cover the noodles. Cook on high while stirring for a couple of minutes until most of the water has evaporated and it's ready.
