This spice was not very nice, the original Steak spice was perfect that i use to buy about 8 years ago, but Schwartz had discontinued it and come out with a Pepper and Garlic , an Onion and Pepper and the Montreal Steak seasoning. The small mustard seeds are very hard and every time i cut my soft steak , a mustard seed would be there, but hard. Its ruined my steak. Sorry Schwartz but your original steal seasoning was PERFECT, WHY CHANGE it.
