So comfortable
I have bought several pairs of these inserts as I over pronate and have fallen arches - including full length pairs from the chiropodist at £35 a pop. These are by far the most practical and hard wearing. I literally can't wear shoes without them, they make such a difference to my comfort and support as I walk. I just throw them into the shoes I want to wear that day and away we go. They have allowed me to wear shoes that I thought I couldn't wear again and would have to stick to boring old Clark's or Reiner's which are great but not always glamorous or fun. I really notice fatigue in my legs and aches in my feet if I forget to pop them into a pair of pumps - I have quite an active job. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money if used correctly...
My husband has been experiencing severe ankle pain recently and upon discussion with a physiotherapist and my insistence (I'm a bossy horse) I bought him two pairs of insoles. The vionics and this pair. The vionics were returned as they felt insubstantial and lightweight, whereas this pair were sturdier and had more of a curve to the instep. We secured the insole with a hook and eye tape (v*lcro) and the insoles in conjunction with daily physiotherapy has helped to reduce the pain and inflammation. For the price I don't think you can go very far wrong. The tip I would give is that you do need to secure them so that they don't move around, otherwise you are fighting against nature and ensure that you wear them in fairly tight fitting shoes rather than sandals or ballet flats or anything you scrunch your toes to grip the shoe to your foot.

They work - but perhaps not for the 6 months I get from other brands
Supporting my arches as I wanted, but seem to be 'crushing' sooner than other brands I've tried. Helping to keep plantar fasciitis at bay. I now have to use inserts like these in all my footwear, even light 'croc' type slip-on's and 'Ugg' type boots which help by keeping my feet WARM. They work - they make walking less painful.

Disappointing
I found these very disappointing as they moved forward in my shoes. Thought they would be great for my shoes that don’t have a lot of toe room but sadly in my case they didn’t work at all. Probably ok if one wants to fix them inside the shoe but I don’t.

I can walk pain free!
They are the best. I have flat feet, plantar fasciitus and wide feet with bunions and hammer toes. These take away the pain within a day of wearing.Problem is they go flat in like a month or 6 weeks but i am obese so perhaps that's why they flatten quickly for me?Anyway they are affordable so you can stock up if you like. I have tried lots of orthotics unsuccessfully. I think its very personal what works for you because i tried other ones which had raving revieews and i didnt find them any good. These are good in that they do not make the shoes narrower in the toe box unlike full orthotics as I need deep wide toe box and 3/4 style is the best. The heel 'cup' only orthos or smaller ones (1/3 style?) slide around this style and length just sits and doesnt budge. I love them.
