Can these be worn on flights to help stop swelling

I wouldn’t recommend these for a flight. Flight socks are much longer- they need to come up to a knee, in order to stop swelling.

I would personally buy the medium. I have bought small from various sellers, I am also a size 5 slimming foot, these are not very forgiving especially if you have the slightest swelling anywhere in foot. Hope this helps. Good luck. X

It depends where the break is. These are great at compressing the heal and metatarsals. They are great for support.
