Got these in ash wood natural. The color goes so well with my oak table. They don't fit under the table but I knew they wouldn't from the measurements. They came well packaged and in beautiful shape. Very comfortable, lightweight but sturdy and well made. Very happy, I'm thrilled with them.

I've wanted a 'Wishbone' chair forever. Of course, I'm not going to drop a thousand dollars for one. But this replica is beautiful and accurate. I got the Ash Wood natural color. It's incredibly light when you pick it up, and yet feels sturdy and solid when you sit on it. Its original designer Hans Werner had said that a chair is not fully finished until someone sits on it . I'm not exactly a tiny guy, and this chair manages my 200+ lbs with aplomb The finish is smooth, the hemp cording is even and strong (so far). It is a chair meant to be used for a determinate amount of time -- dining, doing some reading, resting for awhile. It 'embraces' you as soon as you sit on it . However, it's not meant for lounging for an extended period of time, such as an Eames lounge chair, for example .Visually it is stunning. The moment I placed it in my small studio living area, it elevated the space. These Mid-Century creations, usually inspired by the amazing Bauhaus principles, are works of art. You can honestly look at them at times and just enjoy the form and beauty of the lines. I have it close to my Wassily (replica) and they provide a sculptural beauty beside the comfort.

I love the color which matches my dining room table. They are sturdy and you only need to unwrap the chairs to use them. The seats are great by themselves, but I added cushions to keep my cat from tearing them up. Nice value.

These were beautiful chairs, good quality and very comfortable. Unfortunately I had to return because the color wasn't exactly what I needed, but I was trying to match a table I already had which is almost very difficult to do. I would still definitely recommend these chairs. Good customer service through the return process... but buyer beware; you may be responsible for return shipping costs if you do need to return.
